In the morning I laminated an other lamella for the front bow. In the evening the next one will follow.
The welded parts from yesterday were pickled to ensure corrosion resistance after the welding process. After pickling I treated it with a neutralization fluid to finish up the process.
Thereafter I drilled some holes in those parts and hopefully at the correct spots. Now the positioning of the rear and the front connectors was due. The rear once were bonded in place as shown on the pictures. Later they will be bolted down as well.
For the canopy tracks I had to cut down M3 bolts to make them fit the threaded sleeves in length.
